City 52 is a solo city-building game using a deck of playing cards as tiles. The four suits represent building types, each with its own placement rules. Nobody wants to live next to a factory!

The city is restricted in size to 3x4 tiles, so you’ll upgrade each building as much as possible by stacking cards of matching suit and increasing value.
